Please join me in keeping up the momentum for fair and effective criminal sentencing reform in New Jersey.

Earlier this month the New Jersey State Senate and Assembly passed legislation which would allow judges the discretion to waive mandatory minimum sentences for some nonviolent drug offenses.  Governor Corzine signed the bill before he left office.  This bill was the biggest criminal justice reform in New Jersey in twenty years.  Legislators need to know we support them and want them to continue working for further reform.

Thank legislators for voting Yes on mandatory minimum reform!
