Eric W. Wallace, Sr.
"Where There is a Chance for a Change"
Pastor Eric W. Wallace is known for his dynamic and powerful ability to motivate, empower, and bring people to the Lord with his preaching, teaching, and outreach. He is the son of Elder Edward & Lauretta Wallace. Pastor Wallace accepted Christ at the young age of eight, preached his trial sermon at the age of 10, and was ordained at the age of 18 by the Southern Old School Orthodox Primitive Baptist Association of Churches in New Jersey.
Seeking God's word, Pastor Wallace attended Philadelphia College of Bible from 1989-1991, and in 2002 earned a Bachelor's in Ministry from Masters Divinity School. To enhance his knowledge as a Pastor he attended PL Livingston Institute from 1990-2000, and attended Shepherd School under the tutelage of Bishop David G. Evans of Bethany Baptist Church of NJ from 2000-2007. While developing his knowledge of the word, Pastor Wallace was the leader of Shiloh Progressive Primitive Baptist Church in Newark, NJ from 1991-1993, founded Victory Primitive Baptist Church in Washington, D.C from 1993-1995 and later took on the leadership of New Life Primitive Baptist Church in 1997, now, New Life Cathedral of Burlington, NJ.
Pastor Wallace is a family man who loves the Lord and has been preaching God's word for over 30 years, with the mission to impact communities with love and the word of God, develop individuals that have accepted Christ, empower people to a financial place of independence, provide people with the proper counsel and spiritual support to bring about change and have his church and organizations be a place where individuals can come to be lead and taught by the word of God. This mission is being sought through New Life Cathedral's following ministries; Outreach, Teen, Prison, Women, Men, Counseling and workshops/programs.
Pastor Wallace is a member of the American Association for Christian Counselors, Black Ministers Council of NJ, and a member of the Harvest Fellowship of Churches, where he holds the title of Assistant District Leader for South Jersey. He also is the President and CEO for a non-profit organization called No Greater Love Community Development in Burlington, NJ.
Pastor Wallace ordained the first two women Elders of New Life in April of 2008.
Pastor Wallace's future endeavors include but are not limited to; Senior Housing Project, Women's Outreach Home, Counseling Center, Community Center and a new home for New Life Cathedral. Favorite Scripture: Revelation 21:1-4
